They were very thorough and walked me through every step of the sale including assisting me in getting the home staged and referring me to vendors. On the day before closing, when the mover that was removing my final items fell through. I called Ellen and she was able to have someone else out that day so that everything went forward according to plan. Ellen and her team were available to answer any questions, attend inspection and appraisal as well as meeting the buyers there when they wanted to come out to measure the home and show family members. They were diligent, hard-working and always willing to go the extra mile. In addition, they were honest, professional and paid attention to every detail of the transaction. She called me regularly through out the process to keep me informed.
