Ellen Mitchel is a trusted South Florida REALTOR® with over 25 years of experience, specializing in probate real estate, guardianship sales, and senior relocation throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

Known as “Your Heels on the Ground,” Ellen provides hands-on, concierge-level support for families, personal representatives, attorneys, seniors, and out-of-state property owners navigating complex real estate transitions. From coordinating clean-outs and property preparation to working closely with probate and elder law attorneys, she manages the details from listing through closing.

As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Ellen understands the unique challenges of inherited properties, multiple heirs, court timelines, and properties requiring significant preparation before sale.
